Facebook Integration

If an administrator connects a Facebook account through Facebook Login for Business, the connection is used solely to publish approved content to Tri County Pallet & Mulch's Facebook Page.

We do not collect or store Facebook passwords.

Administrators may revoke Facebook access at any time through Facebook account settings.

End User License Agreement — TCP Dashboard and QuickBooks Online Integration

Tri County Pallet & Mulch ("TCP") operates the TCP Dashboard at dashboard.tcpallet.com, a private internal application used by authorized TCP personnel. This End User License Agreement governs use of the dashboard, including its QuickBooks Online integration.

License. TCP grants authorized employees and administrators a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the dashboard solely for TCP internal business purposes. The application is not offered, sold, or licensed to outside companies or the public.

QuickBooks integration. The integration connects only to TCP's own QuickBooks Online company and is used for internal financial reporting: Accounts Receivable Aging, Accounts Payable Aging, Sales by Customer, and Expenses by Vendor. The dashboard reads report data and does not create, edit, or delete records in QuickBooks.

Authorization. Only a TCP Super Admin can connect, reconnect, test, or disconnect QuickBooks, using Intuit's OAuth 2.0 sign-in. TCP never receives or stores QuickBooks or Intuit passwords. The connection can be ended at any time from Financial Reports → Settings or from within QuickBooks Online.

Acceptable use. Users must not share their access, export financial data for non-business purposes, attempt to access reports or pages they have not been granted, or attempt to bypass dashboard security controls. TCP may suspend or remove access at any time.

No warranty. Reports reflect data provided by QuickBooks Online at the time of the last sync and are provided "as is" for internal reference. QuickBooks Online remains the system of record. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; TCP is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit.

Tri County Pallet & Mulch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this website.
