TCP Dashboard and QuickBooks Online Integration

Tri County Pallet & Mulch operates an internal TCP Dashboard at dashboard.tcpallet.com that connects to our own QuickBooks Online company for internal financial reporting only. It is not offered to other businesses, and no QuickBooks data is sold, shared with advertisers, or used for marketing.

How authorization works. A TCP Super Admin connects QuickBooks through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 sign-in. We never see or store Intuit passwords. Each authorization request uses a random, single-use, time-limited state value, and the connection is only saved if the person who started it is still a Super Admin.

Data we access. Using the QuickBooks accounting permission, the dashboard reads company information (such as company name) and report data for Accounts Receivable Aging, Accounts Payable Aging, Sales by Customer, and Expenses by Vendor. These reports can include customer and vendor names and balances. The dashboard does not write to QuickBooks.

How it is stored. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted (AES-GCM) on our server and are never sent to users' browsers. Report results are cached on our servers for up to 24 hours and refreshed daily so pages load quickly. All traffic uses HTTPS.

Who can see it. Financial reports are visible only to signed-in TCP dashboard users who have been granted Financial Reports access. Administrators may additionally require a PIN to open these pages. Connecting, testing, and disconnecting QuickBooks is restricted to Super Admins.

Disconnecting. When a Super Admin disconnects from the dashboard, we ask Intuit to revoke the token and delete the stored connection. You can also disconnect from within QuickBooks Online. Previously cached report results may remain until replaced or deleted; to request deletion, contact us using the details below.

Third Party Services

Our website may use trusted third party providers including:

These services maintain their own privacy policies.

On our public pages we use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising: it tells Meta (Facebook) which pages you view and when you successfully submit a quote, contact or newsletter form, along with standard browser and device information and Meta cookies. We do not send your form contents. The pixel is not used on our customer portal or internal pages, and it is not loaded for visitors in the EU/EEA, UK or Switzerland. You can opt out through your browser's cookie settings or Meta's ad preferences.
